Privacy Notice

This page is a technical draft for the TENALIA development phase. Controller information, processing purposes, recipients, retention periods and data subject rights must be completed and legally reviewed before public operation.

Data currently planned

• Email address and account data
• Age group, not the full date of birth
• Records of legal document confirmations
• For minors, the dated declaration that their legal guardian has agreed
• Later, profile, track and usage data
• For play counts, a random browser identifier stored in a protected cookie; only its hash is stored in the database. The same browser counts at most once per track within 24 hours.
• For future charts, private quality-play events from signed-in accounts. Only aggregated chart values are public; individual listener identities are not published.
• Private favorites, follow relationships, and creator blocks of signed-in accounts. Only the total follower count is public. The followed creator can see the identity of their own followers in a protected overview so they can manage and, where necessary, block users.
• When comment translation is used voluntarily, the relevant public comment text is sent to DeepL only after the user selects the action. Translations are cached to limit repeated transfers. Provider information, legal basis and retention must be legally reviewed before public operation.
