Your start as a creator

What you need for an account

• •A reachable email address or a Google account
• •For email registration, a strong password with at least 12 characters, upper- and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol
• •For email registration, open the time-limited link in your inbox. If the message is missing or the link expired, you can request a new confirmation email without revealing account existence.
• •TENALIA shows Email confirmed only after verifying the signed-in user and confirmed address on the server.
• •Always use the same sign-in method and email address for future sign-ins
• •Google always shows the account picker. Select the same Google address you used to create your TENALIA profile.
• •Your correct age group
• •Time to read the Terms and Privacy Notice
• •If you are 16 or 17, prior approval from your legal guardian
• •As a guest, you can already discover and play public music without an account. Following, favorites, comments, and reactions require sign-in.
• •The home page gives you direct access to new public tracks, a real weekly chart preview, and published creator profiles. Each preview links to the complete section.
• •A fully set-up account does not see onboarding again on later sign-ins.
• •The official TENALIA logo identifies the account setup flow and helps you recognize the genuine TENALIA page.

Forgot or change your password

1. 1Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter the email address of your email/password account.
2. 2TENALIA always shows the same neutral confirmation and does not reveal whether that address is registered.
3. 3Complete the visible bot protection when signing in or requesting password recovery. After too many attempts, TENALIA asks you to wait briefly.
4. 4Open the time-limited email link in the same browser profile where you requested it. Switching between a normal and private window or to another browser ends the protected flow.
5. 5The password link uses a dedicated TENALIA recovery route, so password recovery cannot be mistaken for Google sign-in.
6. 6Then choose a strong new password with at least 12 characters.
7. 7The recovery link is bound to a short protected session. After the change, all sessions end; sign in again with the new password.
8. 8For a Google account, manage your password directly with Google. Delivery through the Supabase test service works locally; a custom domain, SMTP, and the full production test still follow before public launch.

Account and security

1. 1Open the round account menu at the top right and choose Account and security.
2. 2Open the account menu by click, Enter, Space, or Arrow Down. Escape closes it and returns focus directly to the avatar.
3. 3Without a creator profile, the account menu shows Become a creator. After setup, the destination reads Edit profile and Manage community is added.
4. 4It shows your email address and whether you sign in with Google or email/password.
5. 5Your dashboard starts as a private listener area for favorites, followed creators, your comments, and notifications. Email/password accounts also reach secure password changes.
6. 6If you also have a creator profile, switch between My listener space and Creator studio without signing in again.
7. 7When a protected page sends you to sign in, TENALIA returns you to the complete internal destination, including its selected filter or section. Unrelated query parameters are not copied onto the sign-in page, and external return destinations are rejected.
8. 8Recent security activity lists important changes such as password updates, global sign-outs, and enabling or disabling 2FA. Review unknown entries immediately.
9. 9Sign out on all devices records the security boundary before ending every TENALIA session. Already-open signed-in pages verify the revocation when you return to the tab, focus the window, and periodically while using it. TENALIA shows full confirmation only after both the boundary and global sign-out succeeded.
10. 10Never share your sign-in details with anyone. TENALIA will never ask for your password in a message or comment.
11. 11On small screens, use the fixed bottom navigation for Home, Discover, Charts, Upload, and Dashboard.
12. 12When you select Dashboard in the main navigation, TENALIA opens the overview at the top, even if you are already on the dashboard and have scrolled down or were previously deep inside a track or comment section.
13. 13For sensitive creator actions such as permanent track deletion, publishing, or blocking a user, TENALIA may require your authenticator code again when 2FA is enabled.

Your creator profile

Your account starts as protected listener access and does not automatically make you a creator. To publish your own music, deliberately choose Set up creator profile in the dashboard. TENALIA automatically creates your unique profile address from your creator name.

• •Public pages load profile media only from your matching TENALIA folder and display only valid HTTP(S) links for recognized platforms. Invalid legacy values remain hidden.

• •Only published tracks appear in your public track gallery; private drafts remain hidden.
• •Visitors can filter your published tracks by main genre. All genres restores the complete gallery.

Add platform links

1. 1Open Edit profile in your dashboard.
2. 2Select + Add link.
3. 3Choose the platform first.
4. 4Enter the complete address beginning with https://.
5. 5Save your creator profile.

Upload a track and choose publication

1. 1Open Upload in the navigation or dashboard.
2. 2Step 1 Audio: Choose an MP3 file up to 30 MB and no longer than 15 minutes.
3. 3Reached points in the progress indicator are selectable. This lets you return directly to an earlier step without losing your existing entries. Steps you have not reached remain locked.
4. 4Step 2 Cover: The recommendation is 1500 × 1500 pixels; the required minimum is 800 × 800 pixels in a square 1:1 format. Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP cover up to 6 MB and check the large preview. TENALIA checks the format and minimum dimensions before upload. Integrated AI cover creation is marked as a future feature and remains disabled until provider, cost limits, moderation, privacy, image rights, and secure server-side keys have been decided.
5. 5Step 3 Track info: Enter the title, main genre, and an optional description.
6. 6Step 4 AI details: Select AI-generated or AI-assisted and optionally choose the tool used.
7. 7Step 5 Rights: Confirm only if you hold the necessary rights, the AI label is correct, and the rules are met.
8. 8Then choose Save as draft or Publish now. Files are transferred and verified only after this choice.
9. 9If direct publishing fails, the track, MP3, and cover remain safely stored as a private draft. You can review and publish it later under My tracks.

Track drafts in the dashboard

• •After a successful upload, the track appears in the creator dashboard.
• •The dashboard header uses your banner, profile image, creator name, and bio. The metrics below use real TENALIA data.
• •Plays, published tracks, followers, and recent comments are summarized in clickable metric cards. Plays and releases open track management, followers open the private follower list, and comments always open the comment section. If it is unavailable in an environment, that section shows a notice instead of the track list.
• •The growth chart, country map, and TENALIA Insight are already visible as clearly labelled previews. They make no real claims until enough reliable, privacy-safe data exists.
• •The dashboard shows the total number of tracks and a preview of your latest uploads.
• •Cover, title, localized status, upload date, and duration are shown. Manage track opens the detail page directly.
• •The entire track card is clickable; Manage track remains as a visible hint.
• •Private drafts do not yet appear on your creator page, in Discover, or in the charts.

Discover and filter music

• •Without active filters, the four newest real releases appear first as a compact selection. More tracks follow below.
• •Search by track or creator name and narrow results by AI type or main genre.
• •The magnifying glass in the header opens global search for public tracks, creator names, and profile addresses. Enter at least two characters and submit with Search or Enter.
• •Your five most recent searches are stored only in your browser. Clear history removes them immediately.
• •The entire track card opens the track page, so you do not have to target the title precisely.
• •The visible result count updates after every change.
• •Reset filters clears the search text, AI type, and genre together.
• •When more than 12 tracks are visible, use Previous and Next to move through result pages. A new search or filter starts again on page 1.
• •Switch between grid and list view as needed.

Keep listening on mobile

• •The current playback position and total duration appear directly below the progress bar.
• •The stored total duration is visible before the first play and is reconciled with the audio metadata after loading.
• •Hover over the speaker button or tap it to open the vertical volume control. The pop-up lets you adjust or mute the audio.
• •Escape closes the volume pop-up in the track and mini players and returns focus to the speaker button.
• •Start a published track on its track page. The mobile mini player appears only after playback starts.
• •The speaker button opens the same vertical volume pop-up in the compact mini player on desktop and mobile; it also contains mute control.
• •The two small controls in the top-right corner are separate: − hides the mini player while playback continues, and × stops playback and closes the player completely.
• •The track page combines cover, player, real plays, track details, creator card, favorite, and sharing in one clear music view.
• •The preview in your private track manager uses the same TENALIA controls. Private previews do not increase public plays or charts.
• •Share track opens the TENALIA selection for WhatsApp, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, and copying the link. Escape or Close returns you directly to the share button.
• •Instagram has no reliable direct web share endpoint for posts or stories. TENALIA therefore copies the track link, opens Instagram, and tells you to paste the link there.
• •Guests can open and play public published track links without signing in. Saving favorites, following, commenting, and reacting require an account. Localhost links work only on your own device.
• •The mini player remains above mobile navigation and keeps playing while you browse other TENALIA pages.
• •Tap the cover or track name to open the full player with cover, timeline, and playback controls.
• •Use the close button to return to the current page without stopping playback.
• •Seeking and pauses still do not increase actual listening time for plays or quality plays.

Private favorites

• •Sign in and open a published track. This can also be your own track.
• •Select Save as favorite. The star and label update immediately.
• •Open My favorites from the account menu to find your saved tracks.
• •Remove from favorites only deletes your private bookmark; the track remains unchanged.
• •Favorites are visible only to you and do not affect public numbers or charts.

Follow creators

• •Open another creator's public page and select Follow creator.
• •The public follower count updates immediately. Only the followed creator can see the identity in their protected community overview.
• •Open Following from the account menu to find your personal collection.
• •Choose grid or list view there. Both show when you started following the creator.
• •Unfollow removes the follow relationship directly from your collection.
• •Follower counts affect neither play counts nor TENALIA charts.

Manage followers and block users

1. 1Open Manage community from the round account menu at the top right, or open Followers and blocked users in the Creator Dashboard. Only you can see this list.
2. 2For active followers, the overview shows when the person started following you.
3. 3Block a follower there, or select Block user directly beside a comment in your dashboard.
4. 4Choose an internal reason for every new block. It supports later review and is not published as an accusation.
5. 5Blocking removes an existing follow relationship and prevents new follows, comments, and reactions under your tracks.
6. 6The blocked user can still view and listen to public content, but sees a clear notice instead of comment and reaction controls.
7. 7The user receives a private, factual notification about the restricted interactions. Your internal block reason remains confidential.
8. 8Existing visible comments by that user under your tracks are hidden. Plays and charts remain unchanged.
9. 9In Community management, expand a blocked user's history of all still available comments under your tracks. It supports your decision without automatically labelling any comment as the reason for the block.
10. 10A blocked user can send one private unblock request of 20 to 1,000 characters per active block. You receive a notification and see the request beside that person in Community management.
11. 11The request is not public and does not lift the block automatically. Review it together with the comment history and decide for yourself.
12. 12The user is also notified when a block is lifted. Earlier comments are not restored and the person does not automatically follow you again.

Quality plays and charts

• •The first three real positions appear as a highlighted podium; remaining tracks follow in a compact ranking list.
• •Every position shows real quality plays and public plays and opens the track page directly. Unique listeners remain an internal fair tie-breaker only.
• •Public plays are an orientation signal; only quality plays from signed-in accounts count for charts.
• •A quality play requires at least 30 seconds actually played. Seeking and pauses do not increase listening time.
• •At most one quality play per account and track counts within 24 hours. A creator's own plays are excluded.
• •Daily and weekly charts can be filtered by main genre. TENALIA refreshes the ranking as soon as you choose a genre; no extra Apply action is needed.
• •A clearly labelled local DEMO mode can show rising status, sample rank, BPM, key, quality plays, peak, chart weeks, and podium days for design review. It is technically disabled in production builds and does not simulate track likes.
• •Favorites and followers do not affect ranking. Daily, weekly, and genre charts are active in the database; the full multi-account browser test remains open.

Comment on tracks

1. 1Sign in and open a published track. Without signing in, you can read comments but cannot post one.
2. 2Write a respectful comment of up to 1,000 characters. Common music and reaction emojis can be inserted directly below the text field. Short time and volume limits reduce spam.
3. 3Respectful feedback and constructive criticism are welcome; personal attacks, discrimination, and spam are not.
4. 4You can edit or permanently delete your own visible comments.
5. 5Your listener dashboard opens a private list of your comments. Each card takes you directly back to the track and conversation.
6. 6Confidentially report problematic comments. The track creator can hide comments on their track or disable new comments. They can reverse their own decision with Show again; TENALIA moderation and deleted comments remain protected.
7. 7As a creator, you see recent comments in the dashboard, can translate visible comments there directly, and can open the relevant track and comment section.
8. 8Signed-in listeners can react to other comments with 💜, 🔥, 👏, or 😂 and remove a reaction by selecting it again. Adding a reaction sends the comment author a private bell notification with the emoji, reacting person, and track. Reactions do not affect charts.
9. 9Reactions you've given in the listener area opens your private overview. It shows your own reactions to other people's comments that remain visible, including comments under your own track, and links directly back to the conversation.
10. 10Show translation sends a comment to DeepL only after you select the action and translates it into the active TENALIA language. You can switch between the original and translation; existing translations are cached.
11. 11Comments, comment counts, and reports affect neither public plays, quality plays, nor charts. The feature is active in the database; the full multi-account and moderation test remains open.

Private notifications

1. 1The bell in the header opens your private notifications. A number shows unread updates.
2. 2Creators receive an update when someone follows their profile or comments on one of their tracks. The comment text is readable directly in the notice; open the track only for the complete discussion.
3. 3If a track creator hides one of your comments, it disappears from the public discussion and from your own track view.
4. 4You receive a private notice instead, with possible reasons such as disrespectful content, spam, off-topic content, or a community-rule breach.
5. 5Open a notification by selecting its card. TENALIA automatically marks it as read and takes you directly to the relevant area. Follow updates open the protected Followers and blocks overview. Notifications affect neither your account nor plays, quality plays, or charts.

Report a track

1. 1Sign in and open another creator's published track.
2. 2Open Report track and choose the most appropriate reason.
3. 3Add only necessary, factual details. Other reason requires at least 10 characters; TENALIA points this out at the text field before submission and keeps your entry.
4. 4Submit the report once. TENALIA then brings the confidential confirmation directly into view and focus. Your identity is not shown to the creator.
5. 5A report does not automatically remove the track or change plays or charts. It will be reviewed later in the moderation process.

Review reports internally

1. 1This area is accessible only to explicitly assigned moderators and administrators.
2. 2Choose track reports or comment reports first. Review the content and factual details without treating a report as proven automatically.
3. 3Set the status to Open, In review, Resolved, or Dismissed.
4. 4Add an internal note for a final decision. Every change records the staff member and timestamp.
5. 5The first workspace does not change the track. Removal, suspension, or contacting people remain separate measures governed later.

Stay secure

• •Use a strong, unique password and never share it.
• •Only connect pages you own or manage.
• •Only publish music and images for which you have the necessary rights.
• •Always sign out on shared devices.
